Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

5. Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be re-dispatched.

If your parcel is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter with the courier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
